ARC Live - Upcoming Cohorts

Everything in ARC Self-Paced, plus the thing no module can give you: a room.

Ten women, doing the same work in the same season, live with Katie each week for eight weeks. There is something that happens when your pattern is named out loud in a room full of women who recognize it. The live format adds shared reflection, conversation, and support as you practice what you’re learning.

Dates and Session Times

Each cohort includes eight weekly live sessions. Dates and session times are announced before enrollment opens, so you can choose the available cohort that best fits your schedule.

How it works

ARC Live includes:
- The complete eight-week ARC program
- A new module released each week
- Eight weekly Zoom sessions with Katie
- Approximately 60 to 90 minutes together each week
- The ARC workbook, Daily 3 practice, and both scorecards
- Recordings of every weekly session
- Twelve months of access to the course and recordings
Live attendance is strongly encouraged. The conversation, reflection, and connection inside the room are an important part of the ARC Live experience.

If you need to miss a session, you can watch the recording and remain connected to the work.

Before the cohort begins, we talk

Registration includes a short video call with Katie before your cohort begins. Plan for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

This is not an interview, and there is nothing to prepare. The conversation gives us a chance to make sure ARC Live is the right kind of support for you in this season and that you understand what participation will involve.

Once you register, scheduling your call will be your next step.

The honest terms

If we determine during your intake call that ARC Live is not appropriate support for your current needs, the refund or credit provisions in the ReclaimYou Terms and Conditions will apply.

If you choose to cancel at least 14 days before your cohort’s start date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If you cancel within 14 days of the cohort start date, your payment will become a credit that may be used toward another ReclaimYou program, private coaching, or a future cohort. Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of the original purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Once the cohort has begun, withdrawals will be handled according to the ReclaimYou Terms and Conditions.
