RECLAIMYOU LLC β TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Who we are
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of programs, courses, coaching, and digital content offered by ReclaimYou LLC ("ReclaimYou," "we," "us," or "our"), a Utah limited liability company.
ReclaimYou offers several programs, each facilitated by a different individual, including but not limited to:
- ARC β Women's Leadership, facilitated by Katie Adams
- Fathers Raising Men, facilitated by Rob Thomas
- Men Rising, facilitated by Kale Thomas
All programs are provided by ReclaimYou LLC. Individual facilitators act on behalf of ReclaimYou LLC and not in any independent professional capacity.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any ReclaimYou program or content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or enroll.
2. Nature of our services β please read carefully
Our programs are educational and coaching services. They are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or mental health treatment, and they are not a substitute for any of those.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that:
a. No facilitator of a ReclaimYou program is providing services as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, social worker, physician, or other licensed healthcare or mental health professional, regardless of any credential, license, or training that facilitator may hold in another context.
b. Nothing provided in any program constitutes a diagnosis, treatment plan, medical advice, psychological advice, or clinical care of any kind.
c. No therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship is created by your participation.
d. Our programs involve personal reflection on identity, relationships, family roles, boundaries, and personal history. This work can surface difficult emotions or memories. You are solely responsible for your own emotional and psychological wellbeing during and after participation, and for seeking appropriate professional care if you need it.
e. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, active suicidal ideation, an acute psychiatric condition, an active addiction requiring clinical treatment, or an unsafe living situation, our programs are not appropriate for you at this time, and you should seek qualified professional support. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a crisis line.
f. We may, at our sole discretion, decline to enroll you or discontinue your participation if we believe our programs are not appropriate support for your circumstances. Where we do so, Section 6 governs any refund.
g. If you are currently under the care of a licensed mental health or medical professional, you are responsible for consulting them about whether participation is appropriate for you.
3. Enrollment and access
Self-paced programs. On successful payment, you receive access to the program content for 12 months. Content is released on a scheduled basis; you agree that access to later modules may unlock over time rather than immediately.
Live cohort programs. Enrollment in a live cohort includes a required intake conversation with the facilitator before the cohort begins. Registration is not final until that conversation has occurred and enrollment is confirmed. Section 6 governs outcomes.
Coaching sessions. Purchased sessions must be scheduled and used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session; sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be forfeited.
Your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
4. Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors, and your payment information is handled by them, not by us.
Payment plans and Buy Now, Pay Later. Some programs may be purchased using third-party financing options (such as Klarna, or Afterpay). When you use one of these options, your payment agreement for the installments is with that provider, not with ReclaimYou LLC, and is governed by that provider's terms. ReclaimYou LLC receives payment in full at the time of purchase. Any refund issued under Section 6 will be processed back through the original payment method and may be subject to that provider's timelines and procedures.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Refunds β self-paced programs and coaching
Self-paced programs and coaching sessions are non-refundable once accessed. Access is considered to have begun when you first log in to the program content or attend your first coaching session.
If you have purchased but not yet accessed a self-paced program, contact us at the address in Section 16 and we will review your request.
6. Live cohort β intake conversation, refunds, and credits
Enrollment in a live cohort includes a required intake conversation with the facilitator, held before the cohort begins. The purpose of this conversation is to determine whether the cohort is appropriate support for you at this time.
Following that conversation, one of three outcomes applies:
a. Enrollment confirmed. You proceed with the cohort as scheduled.
b. Redirected for reasons of timing or fit. If we determine the cohort is not the right fit for you at this time, your payment will be credited in full toward another ReclaimYou program, coaching, or a future cohort of your choosing. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of your original purchase. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
c. Full refund for reasons of safety or appropriateness of care. If we determine that the support you need falls outside what our programs are designed to provide, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method, and we will provide referral information for professional support. There is no obligation on you to enroll at any later date.
We reserve the right to determine which outcome applies, in good faith and at our sole discretion.
Withdrawal by you. If you cancel before your intake conversation has taken place, your payment will be refunded in full. If you cancel after your intake conversation, your payment will be credited toward another ReclaimYou program, coaching, or a future cohort rather than refunded. Because seating is limited and a vacated seat cannot be refilled, cancellations must be made no later than two weeks before the cohort start date; cancellations after that point, or withdrawal once the cohort has begun, are handled at our discretion. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of your original purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
Cohort changes. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions, change session times, or cancel a cohort. If we cancel a cohort entirely, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future cohort, at your election.
7. Confidentiality within group programs
Live cohorts involve group participation in which participants may share personal information.
You agree not to disclose, repeat, publish, or share outside the group any personal information shared by another participant, and not to record any session by any means without the prior written consent of the facilitator and all participants present.
We take confidentiality seriously, but you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants and are not liable for another participant's breach of this section.
Our confidentiality obligations are not those of a licensed clinician. Communications with facilitators are not privileged and are not protected by therapist-client confidentiality. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person, or where required by law.
8. Intellectual property
All program content β including course materials, videos, workbooks, worksheets, frameworks, assessments, quizzes, written materials, and any archetype or methodology descriptions β is the property of ReclaimYou LLC and is protected by copyright.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, teach, or create derivative works from the content, or use it to build a competing program, without our prior written permission.
Any feedback, testimonials, or written responses you provide may be used by us in marketing only with your prior written consent.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- The information you provide at purchase and during intake is accurate and complete.
- You are at least 18 years old, or, if enrolling in a program that admits participants under 18, that a parent or legal guardian has completed and submitted the required consent form on your behalf.
- You will participate respectfully and will not harass, harm, or disparage other participants or facilitators.
- You understand that results vary, and that no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, for material breach of these Terms, including harassment of others or unauthorized distribution of content.
10. No guarantee of results
Our programs offer education, structure, and practice. What you gain from them depends on your own participation, circumstances, and effort. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any particular result, outcome, or improvement in any area of your life.
Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of others' experiences are illustrative only and are not a promise of your own results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our programs and content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
ReclaimYou LLC, its members, facilitators, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or use of our programs.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the program giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Assumption of risk and release
You acknowledge that participation involves reflection on personal, relational, and sometimes painful material, and that emotional discomfort is a foreseeable part of this work. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions during and after the program.
13. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.reclaimyou.life/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of our content after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in a ReclaimYou program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
