RECLAIMYOU LLC β€” PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Who we are

ReclaimYou LLC ("ReclaimYou," "we," "us," or "our") is a Utah limited liability company. We operate reclaimyou.life and offer programs, courses, coaching, and digital content, including ARC β€” Women's Leadership, Fathers Raising Men, and Men Rising.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

If you have questions about anything here, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact information β€” your name and email address, when you complete a form, take a quiz, subscribe to emails, or purchase a program.
  • Quiz and assessment responses β€” the answers you select when you take one of our quizzes, and the result those answers produce.
  • Purchase information β€” what you bought and when. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not by us. We do not store your full card number.
  • Program participation information β€” anything you submit inside a program, including workbook entries, scorecard responses, survey answers, and messages you send us.
  • Intake conversation information β€” what you share with a facilitator during an intake or coaching conversation.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Email engagement data, including whether an email was opened and whether links were clicked.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the programs, content, and materials you signed up for
  • Send you the emails you asked to receive, including free guides and email series
  • Send you marketing emails about our programs, which you can stop at any time
  • Process payments, issue refunds and credits, and keep required financial records
  • Determine, through the intake conversation, whether a program is appropriate support for you
  • Respond to your questions and provide support
  • Understand how our site and content are used, so we can improve them
  • Meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your quiz results, program responses, or anything you share in an intake conversation with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Sensitive information

Our programs involve personal reflection, and you may choose to share sensitive information with us β€” in a quiz answer, a workbook entry, a survey, or an intake conversation.

We treat this information with care. It is used to serve you within the program and is not used for advertising, sold, or shared except as described in Section 5.

Please note: we are not licensed healthcare providers, and information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA, and is not covered by therapist-client privilege or confidentiality. Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions explains this in more detail.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with:

Service providers who help us operate, including our course and email platform, our payment processor, our scheduling tool, and our video conferencing provider. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

Facilitators, who receive the information necessary to run the program you enrolled in.

Authorities or others, where required or urgent β€” if we are required by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person.

A successor, if our business is sold or transferred, in which case your information would transfer with it.

6. Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of our site may not work properly if you do.

7. Email and how to stop it

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops marketing emails to that address.

Some emails are not marketing and will still be sent β€” purchase receipts, access details for a program you bought, and information about a cohort you are enrolled in.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as you have an active relationship with us, and afterward for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. See Section 9.

9. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email
  • Ask what we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep
  • Ask for a copy of the information you provided to us

To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We honor these rights where they apply to you.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we work with established platforms and payment processors who do the same.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our programs are intended for adults, except where a program specifically admits participants under 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Where your information is held

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here. If you are outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of our site and services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
