ARC — Women's Leadership
You don't need to be fixed. You need to come home to yourself.
If you've arrived here, you probably already know your pattern. You may have begun noticing how that pattern shows up in everyday life.
So you know the truth underneath ARC before I say it: the woman you actually are, underneath the roles, the storms, the long list of things you've been carrying, is still there. This work isn't about building a new you. It's about returning to one who never left.
Your growth belongs to you. The awareness and skills you practice can also support how you communicate, respond, and connect within your family.
You can begin independently, whether or not anyone else in your family participates.
What ARC Isn't
ARC isn't therapy, and it doesn't pretend to be.
ARC combines lessons, reflection, and practical exercises to help you bring what you’re learning into everyday life.
It isn't eight weeks of being told you're enough.
What this asks of you
Plan for about two hours each week.
A new module is released weekly, giving you time to work with each part before moving into the next. The practices continue throughout the week, because ARC is not something you simply watch. It is something you begin to live.
ARC Self-Paced gives you twelve months of access, so you have room to revisit the modules and move through the work in a way that fits your life.
ARC Live includes recordings of the weekly sessions, so if you need to miss a meeting, you can still stay connected to the work.
You do not need any prior coaching experience. You only need a willingness to notice what is true, practice something different, and return to yourself one honest step at a time.
What ARC Is
ARC is a three-part method—Acknowledge, Reclaim, Create—explored through eight weeks of lessons and practice. The final week focuses on integration: bringing what you’ve learned into everyday life.
ACKNOWLEDGE, Weeks 1 through 3, the inward work. Returning to presence: who have you been performing? Identity and roles: where did you leave yourself? Emotional authority: what is actually true about you, and can you feel it without reacting to it?
RECLAIM, Weeks 4 and 5, the turn outward. Boundaries as structure: what are you done carrying? Perception and power: what is real, and what is the story you built about what is real?
CREATE, Weeks 6 and 7, what you build from clarity. Direction and intention: what do you actually want? Expression and visibility: how do you want to be seen?
INTEGRATE, Week 8, where it lands. You're not finishing a program. You're stepping into a way of being.
The four tools carry everything, all eight weeks: the pause, the anchor, the boundary, the aligned yes.
You'll work with a full workbook, the Daily 3 practice, and a starting and finishing scorecard, so the change isn't a feeling you hope is real. You'll see it.
Three ways in
One work. Three doors. The right one depends on your season.
ARC Self-Paced
The complete eight weeks, on your own rhythm. Every module, the workbook, the Daily 3, the practices. For the woman who works best quietly, at her own pace.
ARC Live
The same eight weeks, in a room. A small cohort, ten women, live with Katie every week. Registration includes a short conversation with Katie before the cohort begins, so every woman in the room is in the right room.
Work with Katie 1:1
Private sessions, single or in packages. For the season when the work is yours alone.
