She's Becoming Someone. She Should Get a Say in Who.

An eight-week program for young women ages 16 to 19, and the parents who want to support them without taking over.

Β

You've probably noticed some version of this.

She may adapt quickly to whoever is in the room. She may say yes before checking what she wants, then resent it later. Or she may hold tightly to a decision because not knowing feels harder.

She might be doing well by every visible measure and still seem uncertain underneath it.

None of that means something is wrong with her. It means other people's voices can get louder during a stage when her own is still taking shape. That is not a crisis. It is part of becoming an adult, and most young women are expected to navigate it with very little direct practice.

What ARC is

ARC is not therapy, and it isn't a confidence course.

It does not promise that she will finish eight weeks certain about her future. Certainty is not the goal. The goal is a stronger ability to hear herself, receive perspective, and make choices she can stand behind.

ARC is eight weeks of practice in hearing herself clearly enough to choose. Eight young women meet with me for one 75-minute live video session each week.

The premise underneath it is this: she doesn't need to have herself figured out. She needs the skills to stay connected to herself while she becomes.

What she actually practices

She learns to pause before reacting, rather than after.

She learns to recognize the role she's playing in a room, while she's in it.

She learns that a feeling is information, not an instruction.

She learns to tell the difference between what she observed and what she assumed.

She learns where her responsibility ends and someone else's begins.

She learns to name what matters to her, say it clearly, and live with having said it.

The eight weeks

Week 1 β€” Returning to Presence. Slowing down enough to notice what she's actually doing.

Week 2 β€” Identity and Roles. The difference between who she is and the role she's playing in a given room.

Week 3 β€” Emotional Authority. Feeling something fully without it deciding what she does next.

Week 4 β€” Boundaries and Responsibility. What's hers to carry, and what isn't.

Week 5 β€” Perception and Power. What's real, and what's the story she built about what's real.

Week 6 β€” Direction and Intention. What she actually wants, as distinct from what's expected or urgent.

Week 7 β€” Expression and Visibility. Being clear rather than loud, and letting herself be known on purpose.

Week 8 β€” Integration and Continuity. What she carries out of it.

What you will and won't have access to

This part matters, so I'll be direct.

You'll know she's enrolled, when the calls are, and what each week covers. You'll be oriented before the program begins so you understand what she's walking into.

You will not be in the room. You will not receive routine reports about what she says, writes, or shares. You will not have access to the session recordings.

That is not about excluding you. It gives her room to reflect without expecting her words to be routinely relayed home. She is never required to share private details. She may keep an example general, leave out identifying information, or pass entirely.

Everyone in the group agrees not to repeat another participant's personal information, record the sessions themselves, take screenshots, or share another person's story. Even with that agreement, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a peer group.

The live sessions are recorded for private cohort replay. Participants acknowledge and agree to this before joining. Recordings are not made available to parents, guardians, or the public.

There are limits to privacy. If I reasonably believe that she or someone else may be in significant danger, or that abuse, neglect, exploitation, or another reportable safety concern may be occurring, I may need to involve a parent or legal guardian, emergency contact, qualified professional, emergency service, or appropriate authority.

When it is safe and appropriate, I will tell her what concerns me, what I believe needs to happen, and who may need to be involved. I will share only what is reasonably necessary for the situation.

For participants who are 18 or 19, I will respect their status as adults. Their information will not routinely be shared with a parent or family member, even when that person paid for the program.

The dates

Sundays at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time
October 4 through November 22, 2026
Eight sessions, ending the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Sunday afternoons are intentional. It is one of the few times in a young woman's week that may not already be spoken for.

Eight seats are available.

Enrolling her

There are two paths from here.

If you're ready: Continue to enrollment to see the current tuition, payment options, and any available enrollment savings.

For a participant who is 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian will complete the required consent form. She will then receive her participant agreement, intake, and quiz separately so she can complete them privately and in her own time.

She has to say yes herself. Her enrollment is not complete until she does.

View tuition and enroll her

If you'd like to understand it first: I've written a guide for parents called Stay Close Without Taking Over. It explains five patterns young women may use when other voices get loud and what can genuinely help with each one. The guide is followed by seven short emails.

After you request the guide, you will have the option to send her a separate invitation to take the private What Happens to Your Voice in the Room? quiz. Her answers and result are not collected or shared with you. The experience belongs to her.

No spam. Unsubscribe at any time.

If she is 18 or 19, she can enroll herself. You are welcome to pay for the program, but payment does not give you access to her participation, reflections, or session recordings.

And if this isn't the season, if she isn't interested, the timing is wrong, or it simply isn't the right fit, that is a real answer. The guide is yours to keep either way.
