THE FAMILY BEHIND THE WORK
We didn't design this together. Life did.
ReclaimYou began with a simple but uncomfortable truth: most families don't break cycles because no one in the family is doing the work at the same time. One person heals. The rest keep going. And the patterns persist.
Rob, Katie, and Kale changed that — not by design at first, but because the work found each of them separately, and then pulled them together.
Rob spent years learning what it means to be a present father after a single moment cracked him open and made him look at what he was passing down. Katie walked her own road through adversity and spiritual awakening, forging a method for women to stop outrunning themselves and start rebuilding from the inside out. And Kale — Rob's son, now a father himself — chose to do the work early, so his son doesn't inherit what wasn't healed.
Three tracks. One direction. A family that decided the cycle stops here.
THE PHILOSOPHY
ACKNOWLEDGE. RECLAIM. CREATE.
Every track inside ReclaimYou follows the same three-phase arc.
First, you acknowledge what's actually happening — the patterns you're carrying, the roles you've inherited, the places where the old way isn't working anymore.
Then you reclaim. Not from someone else. From the version of yourself that was running on autopilot.
Then you create. A new standard. A new way of operating. Something intentional enough to pass on.
This is built on two truths held together: self-accountability — each person owns their own work — and interdependence — we are not separate from the people we love. The three tracks exist because we honor both.
This isn't therapy. It's leadership development. The kind that starts at home.
THE THREE TRACKS
One ecosystem. Three independent paths.
Each track runs on its own schedule, with its own facilitator, in its own container. Each person's growth belongs to them — and the ecosystem holds all three.
ARC WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP
For women carrying more than their share — and ready to lead differently.
Led by Katie. 8 weeks. Katie built ARC after nearly twenty years walking her own road through adversity and awakening — and after watching countless women silently outrun themselves inside the roles they'd inherited.
ARC is not a support group. It's a leadership container for women who are ready to name what's not working and build a new standard from the inside out.
FATHERS RAISING MEN
For fathers who want to lead at home with the same intention they bring to everything else.
Led by Rob. 8 weeks. Built for fathers who recognize that how they show up at home is either reinforcing old patterns or building new ones.
FRM is not a parenting class. It's leadership development — starting with the hardest room you'll ever walk into: your own house.
MEN RISING
For teenage sons who are old enough to choose who they're becoming.
Led by Kale. 8 weeks. Built for young men ages 13–17 who are at the exact moment where the foundation either gets set — or doesn't.
Men Rising is not a boys' group. It's identity work for young men who are ready to stop absorbing the culture around them and start building something intentional.
READY TO BEGIN?
Every track starts with a conversation. Tell us where you are — we'll tell you where to start.
FATHERS RAISING MEN
He didn't set out to start a movement. He set out to not repeat a pattern.
Rob Thomas
Founder, Fathers Raising Men · Co-founder, ReclaimYou
Rob Thomas is the founder of Fathers Raising Men and a co-founder of the ReclaimYou ecosystem.
His work is with fathers who want to lead at home with the same intention they bring to everything else — and who are ready to look honestly at what they're passing down.
For most of his adult life, Rob did what many men do: he provided. He showed up. He worked hard and loved his family the best way he knew how. But a question was growing beneath the surface that he didn't yet have words for: Am I passing down something I never dealt with?
The answer came at his son's wedding, when Rob's own father leaned over and said quietly: "I'm sorry for how I raised you. I was just doing what my father did to me." That sentence — spoken by a man who had never before said it out loud — landed like something that had been waiting to be said. Not with anger, but with recognition. The father wound doesn't disappear when you decide to be better. It goes underground. And it waits.
He built Fathers Raising Men because a parenting program was never going to be enough. Fathers need the tools, the honest reckoning, and the brotherhood to raise sons into grounded, emotionally intelligent men — men who don't have to spend their thirties undoing what their fathers were never asked to face.
Rob is a father of five sons and a daughter, and now walks alongside his son Kale as Kale raises his own son. What started as one man's reckoning has become a three-generation commitment. The cycle doesn't just slow here. It stops.
ARC WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP
She's walked it. That's why she can hold it.
Katie Adams
Founder, ARC Women's Leadership · Co-founder, ReclaimYou
Katie Adams is the founder of ARC Women's Leadership and a co-founder of the ReclaimYou ecosystem.
Her work is with women who feel called to come back to themselves — not by hustling harder, but by healing deeper. Through the ARC Method™ — Acknowledge, Reclaim, Create — she helps women break free from shame, fear, and generational pain so they can live from what's actually true for them.
The method came into shape as she walked alongside her husband through addiction and into recovery. The work — uncovering hidden beliefs, returning to what was actually true, rebuilding from that ground — wasn't theoretical. It was the path that brought both of them back to health, and back to themselves. That's why she can hold this work with other women. She didn't learn ARC from a book. She lived it.
Katie brings nearly twenty years of experience working with women and families across essential oils, nutrition, holistic wellness, and the emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. She built ARC out of her own lived path — through adversity, spiritual awakening, and the slow, sacred journey back to herself — and the patterns she has watched other women come through.
Her voice is warm and direct. Her approach is grounded in the belief that truth and kindness can coexist — and that the place they meet is where growth actually takes root.
MEN RISING
Close enough to remember what it felt like. Old enough to hold the room.
Kale Thomas
Founder, Men Rising · Co-founder, ReclaimYou
Kale Thomas is the founder of Men Rising and a co-founder of the ReclaimYou ecosystem.
His work is with young men ages 13–17 who are at the exact moment where identity either gets built intentionally or absorbed by default.
Kale grew up inside this work — watching his father wrestle with fatherhood, absorbing both the intention and the imperfection, and navigating the complicated territory of growing up with a man who was learning in real time. He arrived at Men Rising not from the outside looking in, but from inside the story it was built to address.
He knows what it's like to be 15 and not have language for what you're feeling. He knows what it means to be handed a way of operating — a set of unspoken rules about what men do and don't do — and not realize you have a choice about whether to accept it.
Now a father himself, raising his own son, Kale brings what no curriculum can manufacture: genuine proximity. He's in the middle of the same questions he's asking the young men he works with.
Men Rising is the container he wished had existed when he was 13 to 17. Not a program that tells young men who to be — but a room that takes them seriously, holds them accountable, and makes space for them to figure out who they actually are before the world decides for them.
Kale built it so the next generation doesn't have to figure it out alone.
