Share only what you choose
Private journaling is always an option. Speak from your own experience, ask before offering advice, and keep identifying details about children and family members private. Do not copy or repeat another member’s story. Online confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
The Father Code remains a read-aloud practice: during a live session, with a trusted person, or in a private recording. A written post does not replace the spoken declaration.
