Before you apply

You have spent seven mornings practicing. Now you may be wondering whether you need to keep doing this alone.

That is a fair question.

This application is for the live eight-week Fathers Raising Men™ experience.

Eight weeks with seven men you have never met is not a small decision. You should understand what the room is before you ask to enter it.

The honest question

Why would you sit in a room with seven fathers you do not know?

Most men do not apply because they enjoy group programs.

They apply because carrying it alone stopped working.

They have read. Promised. Tried harder. Had a better week. Then heard the old pattern return through their own voice.

The room is not there to give you more information. It is there so the practice continues after motivation leaves.

What you are probably thinking

I am not a group guy.

Neither are most of the fathers who join.

The room is not built for one type of man. It is built for a father willing to tell the truth.

You do not need to become a group person. You need to be willing to tell the truth in one room.

I do not have time.

You may not have extra time. Most fathers do not.

You may already spend hours replaying conversations. Repairing avoidable arguments. Recovering from moments that moved faster than your intention.

FRM does not create more hours. It asks you to invest approximately three of them differently each week.

What if I am the worst father there?

You will not be measured against the other men. This is not a room where fathers compare damage. It is a room where fathers practice responsibility.

Your hardest moment does not disqualify you. Your unwillingness to examine it might.

What if I am judged?

Every father enters carrying something he hopes nobody sees. Then someone tells the truth. The room changes.

Confidentiality is required. Performance is not.

What actually happens

What Tuesday night may look like.

  • Eight squares appear on a screen.
  • Someone had a hard week.
  • Someone repaired.
  • Someone remembered RESET™ halfway through instead of three hours later.
  • Someone is still avoiding the conversation.

Nobody wins the week. Nobody performs. Nobody is managed.

You practice.

The commitment

What the eight weeks require.

  • Fathers in the roomEight
  • LengthEight weeks
  • CamerasOn
  • Weekly timeApproximately three hours
  • ParticipationLive
  • ConfidentialityRequired
  • Between sessionsPractice
  • EntryApplication required
  • Investment[PRICE]
  • Payment plan[PAYMENT_PLAN]

We do not hide the commitment. If the hours are not there, this is not the cohort.

Fit

Who belongs in the room.

You belong in the room if you are willing to:

  • Lead yourself first
  • Tell the truth without performing
  • Own your response regardless of the trigger
  • Protect another father’s confidentiality
  • Practice between sessions
  • Repair when you get it wrong
  • Show up on camera

Who should not apply.

Do not apply if you want:

  • A passive video course
  • A way to fix your son without examining yourself
  • Someone else to blame
  • Parenting tricks without practice
  • A room where you can remain hidden
  • A promise that eight weeks will make you perfect

That does not make you a bad father. It may mean this is not the right room yet.

If the timing is wrong

If now is not the right time, do not apply.

Really.

Keep practicing. Keep returning. Keep repairing.

We will still be here.

I would rather you join six months late than six weeks early.

If the hours are the only obstacle

There is a self-paced version of the same eight weeks. Same curriculum, same practices. No live session, and no room assigned to you — you build your own accountability group instead.

It is not the lesser version. It is the honest version for a father whose schedule will not hold a live seat right now. Explore FRM OnDemand.

One day, your son will not remember every rule.

Every correction. Every lecture.

He will remember what it felt like to be your son.

That is what we are protecting.

If you are ready, I would be honored to do that work with you.
