Your archetype
The Peacemaker
You keep the peace. But peace that costs truth is silence.

The pattern
The pattern
You are not conflict-avoidant. You are conflict-exhausted. Somewhere you learned that your truth created danger, that speaking it cost you something. So you stopped. Now your son watches you disappear and learns that honesty is unsafe.
What your son is learning from this pattern
“Keep the peace, not your truth.”
Your FRM protocol focus
Lead Conversations — REVEAL
You speak your truth in a way that can be received. Honesty becomes your leadership.
Practice one
Name one thing
Once this week, name something you have been swallowing. Not a complaint. A truth. “I've been feeling distant and I don't want that.” Or, “I have an opinion about this and I've been holding it back.” Say it. Notice that the room does not collapse.
Practice two
Consent to speak
Before a conversation you've been avoiding, ask consent: “Is now a good time to talk about something?” Wait for yes. Then say one true thing, just one. Measure his response. Truth is often safer than your silence has taught you.
Reflection
What is the one truth you have been swallowing most consistently? What does your son learn every day that you choose silence over honesty?
Your draft Father Code
Your draft Father Code
“I name what I feel before it becomes distance. I do not use silence to protect anyone.”
In the program you build the full version, read aloud to a room of men who hold you to it.

The Father’s Reset Kit
Seven days to stop reacting and start leading.
Your REVEAL Guide, built for exactly the pattern you just read — plus the Father’s Reset Kit: five more guides for the whole house. Two of them are not for you; one is for your son, one is for the woman who has been holding everything together. Hand them over and say nothing else.
