Private coaching

Some patterns need a room. Some need privacy.

$500 per session. Or ten sessions for $2,500 total.

Private coaching is not the premium version of the work. It is a different container, built for situations that do not belong in a room of eight men.

Who this is for

When the cohort is the wrong shape.

A separation in progress. A son in crisis. A history you are not ready to say out loud to strangers. A schedule that cannot hold a fixed weekly hour. A pattern that needs more precision than a group can give it.

None of that is weakness, and none of it disqualifies you from the work. It changes which container fits.

What happens in a session

  • You bring what actually happened this week, not a summary.
  • We find where in the five functions it broke down.
  • You leave with one practice, not a plan.
  • The next session starts with what happened when you tried it.

Be clear about this

Coaching is not therapy.

This is leadership and behaviour practice. It is not treatment, it is not diagnosis, and it does not replace clinical care.

If what is happening in your house involves abuse, active addiction, or a mental health crisis, you need a licensed professional, and you need them first. Say so and I will tell you plainly rather than take the booking.

A single session at $500 is a legitimate way to find out whether this is useful before committing to ten. Nobody should buy a package to find that out.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me what is happening. I will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right container, whether the live room would serve you better, or whether you need something I do not provide.

Not a sales call. If the answer is no, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
